Jay Webb is a non-union male voice talent based in Huntsville, Alabama.  Of course, these days, we all know with the advent of technologies like ISDN, phone patch, Source Connect, SoundStreak, Skype, and just the internet in general, it doesn't matter where a voice talent is based.  Voiceovers can be successfully performed anywhere in the world, and finished audio files can be sent to any location boasting an internet connection.  Even broadband high-speed internet isn’t an absolute necessity.  Some of Jay’s best clients have only dial-up…and it works just fine for file transfers. 

The voice over industry has changed drastically over the past 5-10 years because of these technologies, making it possible for many additional talents to enter the arena of voice acting.
